Every Akira project follows the same battle-tested five-step pipeline. No surprises, no slipping deadlines, no email-tag with junior PMs. You always know what's happening, when, and why.

Discovery (30-60 min)
A free strategy call. We learn your business, your traffic, your bottleneck. By the end of the call you have a written scope, a fixed price, and a delivery date — emailed to you within 24 hours.
Strategy & design (Days 1-3)
Wireframes, offer architecture, brand direction. Approved in writing before any code is written. You see exactly what you're getting before we build it.
Build (Days 3-12)
Full custom Liquid theme, product setup, copy, integrations. Daily Loom updates. You have access to a private Linear board where every task is visible.
QA + Polish (Days 12-13)
Speed pass (90+ Lighthouse target). Mobile QA on real iOS Safari + Chrome Android. Browser matrix. Edge-case testing. Pre-launch checklist.
Launch + Warranty (Day 14, then 30-180 days)
DNS flip, password gate down, real-time war-room standby. Then 30/90/180 days of free defect fixes (per package). Your store is yours forever.

What we don't need from you

To explain Shopify. We've been Shopify-only since 2018.
To attend daily standups. We respect your calendar.
To micromanage. The whole point of Akira is that we own the project.
